Computer Hardware

Computer hardware refers to the physical components that make up a computer system. This includes all the tangible parts that you can see and touch. Key elements of computer hardware include the central processing unit (CPU), which acts as the brain of the computer; the motherboard, which serves as the main circuit board connecting various components; memory (RAM), which provides temporary storage for data being processed; and storage devices such as hard drives (HDD) or solid-state drives (SSD) that store data permanently. Other hardware components include power supplies, graphics processing units (GPUs), input devices like keyboards and mice, and output devices such as monitors and printers. Together, these components work in unison to perform computing tasks and execute software applications. Computer hardware is distinct from software, which refers to the programs and operating systems that run on the hardware.
