Space Operations

Space Operations refers to the activities and processes involved in the planning, execution, and management of missions and tasks related to outer space. This includes the launching, monitoring, and controlling of spacecraft, satellites, and other space vehicles, as well as the coordination of scientific research, exploration, and national security operations in space. Space Operations encompasses the entire mission lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to launch, orbital operations, and eventual decommissioning or return to Earth. It involves collaboration among various entities, including governmental space agencies, private aerospace companies, and international partners, to achieve objectives related to exploration, communication, navigation, and observation of the Earth and beyond. Key components of Space Operations include mission planning, trajectory analysis, spacecraft system operations, telemetry and command operations, and contingency planning for potential issues during missions.
